 Things to think about during your interview preparation;

💥 What do you have in common with the interviewers? (connections, previous workplaces, geography).

💥 What interviewing style does the panel have? Will it be conversational or do you need to prepare for a grilling?

💥 Have you got examples of your achievements ready to provide if asked? Can you tell your story?

💥 Have you practised saying "I" and not "We"? I'll keep repeating the importance of this.

💥 Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Achievement, Result)

In addition to this, make sure that you have researched the business. Where are they going? How would your role fit into the wider picture? These questions will help you consider your interview responses.
